Local storage on device: clients, products, catalogs, sales, documents, product photos, company logo, preferences (language, theme, PDF, VAT, etc.).

No user account required. Commercial data (clients, products, catalogs, sales) is not sent to PikCat servers.

Third parties:
- Google Firebase Analytics: anonymized/pseudonymized usage metrics (sessions, app events, device/app version). Does not include catalog, client or document content. See Firebase/Google privacy policy.
- Google AdMob (free plan, online only): may collect advertising identifiers per Google policy. Ads hidden during client presentation mode.
- RevenueCat / Apple / Google (Pro purchases): subscription status only to unlock Pro.
- Optional geolocation: only to save a client location or open directions, with user permission.

Backups and exports (PDF, CSV, .pikcat.zip) are files the user chooses to share or store. PikCat does not upload them automatically.

Rights: clear commercial data in-app (if available) or uninstall. Uninstall also stops Analytics collection on that device.

PikCat is a local commercial tool (catalog, clients, quotes, sales) provided as-is for field use.

User is responsible for entered data (prices, legal mentions, VAT, PDF content). The app does not replace certified accounting software or tax advice. User must comply with local regulations.

Free plan has limits; Pro removes limits and ads via subscription or lifetime purchase on App Store / Google Play.

Payments billed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in store settings. Restore purchases after device change. Refunds via Apple or Google.

PikCat brand and UI belong to the publisher. User data (products, clients, images) remains the user's.

Publisher is not liable for data loss from device loss or damage. Export/backup regularly.
